Every once in a while a game comes out and literally everyone is playing it. Such games are often simple, addictive, and challenging. They are often a prime example of what a mobile game should look like and what it should bring to the market saturated with low-quality content.
Let's check out the game which perfectly depicts everything we have just said! Candy Crush Saga is an addictive mobile game which belongs to the casual, match-three genre. The goal is to connect at least three identical pieces of fruit in a row or column by swiping to replace two neighbor fruits.
It's very simple and it's not something never seen before. There are many levels (5195 to be precise) and their difficulty changes over time. Still, it's noticeable that the levels are somewhat unbalanced as they are either too easy or too difficult.
You have a limited number of moves to achieve a score goal and there are different power-ups you can use. Arranging fruit in more complicated manners such as four or five in a row and L-shape with five fruits creates special fruit which, when crushed, does some extra crushing!
The game is definitely one of the most addictive games ever to come on the Android platform. You only need a thumb to play it, making it great for everyday commutes or waiting in line. Even though levels are similar to each other and there is no need for strategy, you can still expect to have fun and waste many hours!
